Meet our Team

Welcome to Fieldstone School

Our team brings together a wide range of skills and experience, carefully chosen to align with the school’s vision. With their support, our students are able access a thriving learning community, in which all can progress and grow.

At Fieldstone School, our leadership team offers over 50 years of combined experience in education, drawn from a diverse range of school settings. This includes expertise from both mainstream and special educational needs (SEN) settings, giving us a rich understanding of different learning environments and student needs. Our leaders use this extensive experience to shape and deliver the school’s vision, ensuring strong educational strategies and a supportive, inclusive framework for every student and member of staff.

Senior Leadership Team

Pete has significant leadership and management experience having previously been the Assistant Headteacher and SENDCo at a large mainstream community college for secondary aged students, before moving to be the Executive Principal at Fieldstone. He has led 3 successful Ofsted inspections over the past 7 years, resulting in year upon year progress with outstanding areas of provision being developed and recognised.

Her experience spans across differing mainstream and specialist provisions, having previously been the Head of Lower School at a large all through special school, before moving to be the Deputy Principal at Fieldstone. This has given her much insight into how to ensure all children are able to learn best, understanding how to meet individuals needs inclusively.

Lewis Harben – Deputy Principal
