At Fieldstone School, our leadership team offers over 50 years of combined experience in education, drawn from a diverse range of school settings. This includes expertise from both mainstream and special educational needs (SEN) settings, giving us a rich understanding of different learning environments and student needs. Our leaders use this extensive experience to shape and deliver the school’s vision, ensuring strong educational strategies and a supportive, inclusive framework for every student and member of staff.
Senior Leadership Team
Pete Jenkins – Principal & Assistant Regional Director
Pete is the Assistant Regional Director at Outcomes First Group for the South West as well as Principal at Fieldstone.
Pete has significant leadership and management experience having previously been the Assistant Headteacher and SENDCo at a large mainstream community college for secondary aged students, before moving to be the Executive Principal at Fieldstone. He has led 3 successful Ofsted inspections over the past 7 years, resulting in year upon year progress with outstanding areas of provision being developed and recognised.
Emily Hanbury – Deputy Principal
Emily is one of two Deputy Principals at Fieldstone and site lead for our junior provision (up to and inclusive of Year 8), College House.
Emily has been a senior leader and SENDCo in education for many years. Her experience spans across differing mainstream and specialist provisions, having previously been the Head of Lower School at a large all through special school, before moving to be the Deputy Principal at Fieldstone. This has given her much insight into how to ensure all children are able to learn best, understanding how to meet individuals needs inclusively.
Emily holds responsibility for the Quality of Education at Fieldstone, which includes curriculum planning and teaching and learning.
Lewis Harben – Deputy Principal
Lewis is one of two Deputy Principals at Fieldstone.
Lewis has been a senior leader at Fieldstone for many years, fully understanding the schools journey and unique cohort of students. His experience as an SEMH specialist has enabled him to develop the outstanding trauma informed approach that the school depends upon today.
Lewis holds responsibility for Behaviour and Attitudes at Fieldstone, which includes trauma informed practice.
Isobel Harben – Assistant Principal
Issy is an Assistant Principal at Fieldstone and site lead for our secondary provision (Year 8+), Place House.
Issy is a skilled and dedicated leader who has always worked with students with SEMH needs. Over time she has become a KS4 specialist and Level 6 Careers Leader. Issy is passionate about enrichment, leading to the outstanding offer students are able to access during their time with us.
Issy holds responsibility for Personal Development at Fieldstone, which includes Careers Education Information and Guidance.
Victoria Brooks – Assistant Principal & SENDCo
Vikki is an Assistant Principal at Fieldstone and the SENDCo for College House students.
Vikki is a very experienced classroom practitioner having worked in both mainstream and a specialist C&I setting before joining Fieldstone. This has given her a wealth of knowledge to draw upon in supporting our staff in recognising individual needs and adapting to meet them.
Vikki holds responsibility for SEND at College House, which includes overseeing all EHCP’s/annual reviews.
Joshua Harris – Assistant Principal & SENDCo
Josh is an Assistant Principal at Fieldstone and the SENDCo for Place House students.
Josh is a very experienced classroom practitioner having worked in both mainstream and a specialist therapeutic alternative provision before joining Fieldstone. This has given him a significant understanding of the importance of the transition process and how high level support and adult input for students must be facilitated to ensure success.
Josh holds responsibility for SEND at Place House, which includes overseeing all EHCP’s/annual reviews.
